A Crypto Billionaire threw a private carnival themed party in the Hamptons with Miley Cyrus

This event’s purpose was to bring the Brooklyn Mermaid Parade to the Hamptons. There was a fake boardwalk with all different vendors including games, food, and attractions. To top it off, Miley Cyrus performed at the end of the event!
